GRAND PRIZE WINNER

Chef Anita Lo of Annisa in New York City's West Village came out
ahead of the competition.

Her winning dish, Australian Lamb with Chickpeas, Harissa, and Black Sesame, was selected as the favorite by a panel of judges that included Dan Myers (Editor, The Daily Meal), Beverly Stephen (Executive Editor, Food Arts), and Sara Lehman (Blogger, Somm in the City). As the grand prize-winner, Lo will be flown to Australia for a ten-day adventure to visit the continent's beef and lamb production regions, plus a visit to Sydney to experience Australia's multi-cultural dining scene.
